Hi all -- I posted to

dw_community_promo and was invited by

olivermoss to post here as well. I've also joined and am excited to see another active space for us on here!

I am an admin of

transandnonbinary, which is a general community for... well, trans community! It was started several years ago, and then I and a few others drifted away. Now that I'm back on DW, and given the current trajectory of right-wing talking points, I thought it would be nice to foster a place for us all to come together. ♥

I hope I'll see some of you there! And I look forward to hanging out here, too! :)

When sorting through articles to pick one to post about the Star Trek news, a lot of them had very wonky wording. Earlier this year, The Trans Journalist Association was formed. They've been working on a style guide for articles and news. I follow them on twitter here.

Anyway, they are a cool resource that I wanted to share. I kept thinking about them while sorting through articles.
